About me | Susan Fishwick
After years of hard work my busy practice has grown mostly through word of mouth. I am driven by a strong work ethic and always endeavour to provide clients and patients I see with a friendly, professional and caring service that offers value for money.
Although I was born in West Africa and spent a number of years living and working abroad in the 80’s and early 90’s East Devon is home and where we have roots.
I began training in complementary therapy in the mid 1990’s, going to evening classes at college while working full time. Long distance learning also played a part when we lived on a remote island off the west coast of Scotland, but during the last 20 years I have benefitted from several courses run in London, Bath, Brighton and Exeter.
Continuous professional development has become part of my practice. As well as training undertaken in this country I also trained at the world renowned Földi Clinic in Germany to increase my knowledge, skill and experience working with cancer patients, offering treatment to people with primary and secondary Lymphoedema, lipoedema and other conditions.
When not working I love to spend time relaxing with family and friends, walking on the beach, swimming or pottering about in our little boat on the river Exe with my husband.
